Day 1: Fast morning, ate breakfast burrito at Cascade Lodge (MN), head winds to 20mph made afternoon slow. In camp, waiting for the stars. #
Lutsen to tofte cliffs caves and pocket beaches. #
Day 2 #
16 miles Letting my body rest. 20 to 25 in morning. #
Day 3 woke up to sunrise frost skim ice on th lake #
2 F16s flew over before I got 2 Tettegouche. Tail wind 4 afternoon. #
Day 3 28.5 miles. Hand blisters bad. Seeing Split Rock felt good. #
